Applications are invited in the prescribed proforma for admission to the following Degree Programmes under NRI/NRI Sponsored Quota for the year 2018-l9 in the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad (Karnataka). The definition of NRI/NRI Sponsored candidate shall be as given by the Government of India Karnataka Examination Authority.

Eligibility

Applicant should have passed two years Pre-University Course or l0+2 level completing 12 years with cornbination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology (PCMB) subject with minimum 50%.

Undertaking by Sponsorer

The Sponsorer shall also give an undertaking in the format specified  stating that he/she has sponsored the candidate and will pay the prescribed fee regularly and other expenses till the candidate completes the course to which he / she is admitted.

Undertaking by Parent and Candidate

The sponsored candidate is required to give an undertaking in the format specified  on a e-stamp paper of Rs. 100/- to the effect that he or she would pay the prescribed fee regularly to the University. In the event of non-payment of fee, the student shall be terminated from the course/studies.

Application procedure and last date

The candidates may download the prescribed pro-forma from the official website of the University (www.uasd.edu).

The application form should be filled-up completely and the same should be submitted along with copies of relevant attested documents.

The applicants shall submit application fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller, UAS, Dharwad along with the application.

The filled-in applications must be submitted to the Registrar, University of Agricultural Sciences, Krishinagar, Dharwad - 580 005 (Karnataka) on or before 06.08.2018 (before 5.00 p.m).

The list of eligible candidates / selection list based on merit in PCMB subject and preference of the candidate will be announced in the official website of the University on 10.08.2018. On selection, the candidates shall have to pay the necessary Economic Fee and University Fee immediately.
